1. It is your responsibility to provide Voodoo Rabbit Fabric with current, complete and accurate information (including your name, address, phone number and email address) when placing an order. Your order will be sent to the shipping address entered on the checkout page and all correspondence with be via email or phone. Please check that these details are correct. You will be sent an itemised order confirmation email immediately after ordering, check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. Contact us as soon as possible if any shipping details are incorrect as we cannot change an address once the order has been shipped.
  2. We will exchange or refund, if your item is faulty or not what you ordered, however we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. All faulty / incorrect goods must be returned prior to refund / exchange. There are no refunds on products if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If you have to colour match we recommend that you purchase the minimum amount first so that you can double check the colours. While we make every effort to represent colour accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see will exactly match the colours of actual fabric and some colours just don’t photograph accurately.
  3. Voodoo Rabbit Fabric will endeavour to post your order within 2 business days from the time your place it. We will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays with your order. Once your order has been sent you will be emailed a tracking number.
