This functional and stylish hat pattern includes three head sizes (baby to pre-teen), four brim widths, three brim finishes and countless tips and techniques to improve your hat-making skills. The hats can be styles to suit boys or girls and can be made in all sorts of summer and winter weight fabrics.

Small 48-51cm (19 – 20″)
Medium 52-55cm (20.5 – 21.5″)
Large 55-57cm (21.5 – 22.5″)
Suitable Fabric: woven (quilting cotton, wool, corduroy, denim etc)
Pattern Requirements:
♥ 40-65cm* x 115cm wide fabric – (quilting cotton, wool, corduroy, light denim and many other fabrics are equally suitable)
♥ 60cm-1m x fusible woven interfacing – to suit your fabric and create the structure you want.
♥ 25cm-50cm* light fabric for lining (Eg. quilting cotton).
*Fabric quantity depends on the size of hat, brim width and your choice of bias-cut or straight-cut crown. Details are in the instructions.
Optional:
♥ 50-60cm x 2.5cm wide Petersham ribbon
♥ 18-20mm wide bias tape
♥ Embellishments/decorations of your choice.

We process orders Monday to Friday, and your order will usually ship within 1 business day. We offer Australia Post, Sendle Couriers and Click & Collect as delivery options. Gift Cards are not shipped and will be emailed immediately upon payment.

Courier delivery via Sendle (Couriers Please or Aramex) Please note that couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Delivery times will depend on the network in your area. If there is no delivery route in your area then the parcel will be forwarded to Australia Post for delivery which may add a week to your delivery times. Please only use if you know that either Aramex and Couriers Please deliver to your area.
International Shipping
International Shipping is currently only available for New Zealand, Canada and USA. It is delivered via your local postal service.
